ESCAPED BELGIANS

MOBILISATION OF ARMY HELP FOR ALLIES (Reed. June 14, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 13. Belgians between the ages of 17 and 45 years who -escaped the Germans are mobilising, from whom it is expected that an army of 200,000 will be iaised to fight on the side of the Allies. There are 150,000 Belgian metal and farm workers employed throughout France.
