DONAT TOP ACTOR VIVIEN LEIGH WINNER (Reed. March 2, 9 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, March 29. The Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences has made the following awards for 1939: Best production: “Gone With the Wind.” Best acting: Male, Robert Donat in “Good-bye Mr. Chips”; female, Vivien Leigh, in “Gone With the Wind.”
