BOTTLE-THROWING ECHO (Reed. Mar. 2, 9 a.m.) HONOLULU. Feb. 29. The £SOOO damages suit instituted last July by Mary Jane Birkeland against Harry Hay, an Australian swimming team coach, as a sequel to a bottle-throwing incident, has been dismissed by the Circuit Court owing to lack of prosecution.
