NINE GERMAN CAPTIVES TRANSFER BY BRITAIN (Reed. March 1, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 29. The Yokohama correspondent of the United Press of America says that a British cruiser transferred to the Japanese authorities nine of the Germans taken from the Japanese liner Asama Maru.
