AGAIN OVER BERLIN BRITISH BOMBER LEAFLETS DROPPED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 28. For the fifth time since the war began a British bomber flew over Berlin again on Tuesday night. Thousands of leaflets were dropped over the principal streets of the capital as well as squares and this time many searchlights roamed the sky as the plane swooped low over the city, but only one beam held the aircraft for more than a few seconds. There was again no challenge by enemy planes and only one anti-air-craft burst was fired during the flight.
