ARMY PROCEDURE COLLABORATION PLANS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 28. In reply to a question as to whether the Polish Government would participate in meetings of the Allied Supreme Council, the Foreign Undersecretary, Mr. R. A. Butler, announced in the House of Commons that it had been agreed that a Polish officer should be appointed to collaborate with the appropriate Anglo-French military authorities when questions affecting the employment of the Polish forces were under consideration.
