tftAFFIC IN MEXICO USE BY NAZI SPIES (Reed. Feb. 29, 2.20 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Feb. 28. Mexican Government departments engaged in investigating the activities of Nazi elements have disclosed the possibility of a ring of State employees who are trafficking in forged passports and immigration credentials which can be used by German espionage agents.
