FLOOD PERIL PASSING
CALIFORNIAN STORMS TWO PERSONS DEAD (Reed. Feb. 29, 2.50 p.m.) •SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 28. The rains to-day moved southward, causing hopes that the worst of the flood danger has passed. Two deaths are reported. The damage to property is estimated at over £250,000. Many people are homeless.
