“LITTLE HITLER”

U.S. BUND LEADER MARK ANTHONY ANGLE LONDON, Dec. 20. Fritz Kuhn—“ Hell hath no Fuehrer like a Bund leader scorned’’ to the American public—was put in the same category as Caesar, Mark Anthony and Napoleon by his counsel, Mr. Peter Sabbatino, to-day. Mr. Sabbatino tried to prove that leaders of all time have been the victims of pretty faces and have committed indiscretions. It was an indiscretion on the part of Kuhn when he proposed marriage to the much-married Mrs. Florence Camp and called her an “angel from Heaven.” “Little Hitler” Kuhn, head of the German American Bund, is accused of stealing money from the Bund to help the progress of his love for Mrs. Camp (now known to Americans as “Mein Camp”). Mr. Sabbatino alleges that the prosecution are building up an Anthony and Cleopatra angle to bolster a weak case. Mark Anthony, Cleopatra’s lover, and one of the great lovers of all time, died 30 B.C, In A.D. 1939 the history books still draw a distinction between him and all Nazis, even Fritz Kuhn. They say: “Mark Anthony, Roman orator and gentleman . . .”
