MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED

COMPANION INJURED COLLISION WITH LORRY (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. A youth was killed and another injured in a motor accident which occurred near Balclutha yesterday. The victims were:— Dead. Frederick Thomas Louden Agile w, aged 18 years. Injured. James Alex Shanks, aged 14 years. The boys were proceeding on a motor cycle to Balclutha from their employment in the freezing works. They collided on a narrow bridge with a lorry whose driver had pulled up on seeing their approach. Agnew died shortly after his admission to the Balclutha Hospital. Shanks is in a serious condition.
