STRATOSPHERE FLIGHT AIM OF 35 MILES (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Jan. 22, 11 a.m.) BUENOS AIRES, Jan. 21. The Belgian aeronauts, Max Cosyns and August Piccard, Jean’s brother, are bringing their Globe Century Press to Buenos Aires for the first stratosphere flight in the Southern Hemisphere. $ After test flights they will assist in building in the Argentine a balloon of 4,000,000 cubic feet capacity in which Major Eduardo Olivero, father of Ignacio Puig, the famous Jesuit scientist, will attempt to rise (l to a height of 35 miles.
