FALSE PASSPORT
FORMER COMMUNIST CONFESSION IN U.S. (Elite. Tel. Copyright-—United Press .Assn.) (Reed. Jan. 11. 12 noon) NEW YORK. Jan. 10. The former Communist leader. Nicholas Dozenberg, who was indicted on December 27. pleaded guilty to using a passport obtained by a false declaration. He is to be sentenced on Wednesday next. It is reported that he will assist the Government at the trial of Browder. Dozenberg was indicted at Washington for a passport fraud. He is alleged to be a member of the Rod Army’s intelligence branch and to have been using his interest in cameras as a cover for espionage.
