DR. LEY WRITES OF U.K. “ALMS AND CHARITY” LONDON, Dee. 15. Dr. Ley, leader of the German Labour Front, in articles in the Berlin organ of the Labour Front, “Der Angriff,” compares the English and German peoples, and declares that the British nation consists of two classes, encamped against each other, with a social structure based on alms and charity. “Britain’s leaders—apparently all inbred —are being educated into a degenerate, conceited, foolhardy, and lordly caste,” Dr. Ley says. “A small upper class dominates this hopeless racial mixture of decadents ripe for defeat. “The German people, on the other hand, have ripened and grown through thousands of years into unity. The German revolution threw up a treasured and tried leader instead of a hypocritical, cruel Cromwell. National Socialism represents social justice, popular unity, adaptation of the laws of nature by human reason, and eternal truths and knowledge. “The hypocrisy and lust for power of the English lord and lady compares very unfavourably with fhc community spirit and the truthfulness of the creative German man and woman.” Hitler’s Aims. According to Dr. H. Rauschning’s recent book, Hitler’s social aims are in the direction of a feudal society and not towards a “people’s community. Dr. Rauschning declares that Hitler has said, “There will be ruler class—a historical class tempered by battle and welded from various elements. There will be a great hierarchy of party members, who will be a new middle class, and there will be a great mass of anonymous, serving collectives, the eternally disenfranchised—their previous financial or social position will not be of the slightest importance. “Beneath them will be a class of subject foreign races—we do not hesitate to call them a modern slave class.”
