WARRANT FOR ARREST
GERMAN REFUGEE ZURICH, Dec. 31. The German police have issued an international warrant for the arrest of Hen- Thyssen, the German industrialist on charges of embezzlement, fraud and the non-payment of income tax. Herr Thyssen, who was previously i-eported to have gone to Portugal, is still in Switzerland, where he is accorded the right of asylum as a political refugee. He intends to stay here as he has had no news confirming the report thad a warrant has been issued.
