STAFFS IN TURKEY MOSCOW REACTION TREATY WITH ALLIES INTERESTS UNDAMAGED (Elfle. Tol. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 23, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 22. A message from Ankara states that the Turkish Foreign Minister, Sara-' coglu Bey, reported to the President and Prime Minister about his visit to Moscow.
The Ankara correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that the British. French and Turkish military leaders yesterday completed discussions for possible coloration under the new pact.
A message from Moscow quotes the Soviet journal Izvestia as declaring chat the Anglo-French pacts with Turkey have not damaged Russia’s direct interests. "Russia is not sorry she has not signed a parallel pact A'hich would merely drive a wedge between Russia and Germany, benc-
hing Britain and. France, who unsuccessfully tried to take advantage of the Russian-Turkish friendship.” states the paper.
