AUSTRALIAN FRUIT
POOL TO BE CREATED (Reed. Ocl. 21, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Oct. 21. The Minister of Commerce, Senator McLeay, announced that the Commonwealth Government would acquire the whole of next season’s crop of apples and pears and that a pool will be established for its disposal.
