VISITS TO EXHIBITION BILLETING PROPOSED (Special to the flnrald.) NAPIER, this day. Arrangements are being made for the billeting of parties of school children attending the Centennial Exhibition, and in a letter to the Hawke's Bay Education Board yesterday the Education Department advised that' schools must obtain, the permission of the board before making final arrangements to visit Wellington. At present all that was required was an estimate, on the basis of which the billeting committee could make its lilans.
