The Anglo-Belgian discussions, which took place in London during iho week beginning October 2, were adjourned to October (i in order to enable the two parties to consult with their respective Governments on the proposals put forward. The Belgian delegation is expected to return to London at the beginning of next week, when discussions will be resinned on a number of trade questions arising out of the war, including the possibility of simplifying the procedure of contraband control in respect to goods imported into Belgium.
