WELLINGTON, This Day (P.A.). —A Wellington district committee ol the Trade Union Congress was formed this week. Officials were announced by its president, Mr T. G. Wells (Waterside Workers’ Union), today as follows:-— Vice-president, Mr E. J. Burgess (Carpenters’ Union); secretary, Mr A. Wathey (watersiders); executive, Messrs C. M. Brooks (watersiders), E. Bennett (painters). W. Jamieson (carpenters), and L. Smith (carpenters ). _
