' Indignation' In Soviet
LONDON, July 3 (Rec 1 p-m.) The Associated Press correspon- - dent in Moscow reports that.indigation meetings were held in all the cities of the Soviet Union today, the keynote of which appeared to be condemnation of Anglo-American aid to South Korea. President Truman, General MacArthur and many others were blamed for the conflict. Despite these indignation meetings, there is no war hysteria apparent. Speakers took the line that war is not inevitable.
