Wage Order ‘Not Enough’
WELLINGTON, June 22 (P.A.).— The interim wage order of the Court of Arbitration recently issued was not. sufficient to meet the workers’ needs, in the. opinion of both the National Council of the Federation of Labour and the provisional National Committee of the Trade Union Congress. Trade union policy on wages was under discussion at meetings of both Grganisations today.
