Bombay, with 3.000,000 inhabitants, became the world’s biggest “dry” city on Thursday.'- At midnight all bars were -compulsorily closed. The puritanical Bombay Congress Government will sacrifice an annual excise revenue ot £9,000,000 by enforcing from April 6 a total ban on all alcoholic drinks r throughout the Bombay ProvinceNew Delhi, March 31.
