LONDON, November 7 (Rec. 1 p.m.). —A Hong Kong message says that all cities and towns of Communist China are celebrating the anniversary of the Soviet Revolution, according to the Peking radio. Soviet films are being screened in most theatres and magazines and books on Russia are being sold at discount prices. Lectures on the Soviet Union and army are being delivered to all the Chinese Communist troops. A Buenos Aires message says that the thirty-second anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution today found 750 Communists in gaol after the largest mass arrest of Communists in South American history. The arrests were made on Saturday, when the Communists, in defiance of police orders, gathered to celebrate the anniversary of the revolution.
