Claim For £500,000
A writ for the repayment of nearly £500,000 has been taken out by a Him of London solicitors on behalf of the Nizam of Hyderabad, against his former Finance and Foreign Minister, the Nawab Moin Nawaz Jung, who is now at Lake Success. According to the case for the Nizam, the Nawab Moin was entrusted ' with a- total of more than £431,000. This amount was placed m a joint account held by the Nawab Moin and Mr Zahir Ahmad, secretary of the Hyderabad Extenial Affairs Department. The Nizam now requiries the repayment to himself of the money. —London, Octobet 4.
