WELLINGTON, This Day (P.A.). —Probably the biggest single mail to 'arrive in New Zealand—ll,ooo bags —is expected at Wellington by the Hertford from Liverpool on August -27. The dock strikes in Britain resulted in an accumulation of parcels, letters, newspapers, and packages.
