Grey Photography Business: Sale For £4500 Approved
The sale of a long-established photography business has been approved by the Westland Land Valuation Committee. The business is that of L. A. Inkster, Mawhera quay. Greymouth, which was the subject of an application for consent to a transfer to H. N. Pyne for £5OOO. The committee granted the sale subject to a reduction to £4500 and to the production of a necessary declaration. The committee also approved the sale of a Mackay street property by J. S. Robertson to Wild and. Robertson Ltd for £750. Other sales approved are as follows: — J. C. Sweeney to J. H. Lister, Rapahoe property, price £.7so.—Subject to reduction to £670. C. R. Coulson to A. F. Fauth, section, Paroa, price £BO. J. W. Hardwicke to A. B. Glen, Greymouth, price £660. R. G. Straker to E. S. Williams, South Beach, price £155. A number of applications in connection with the lease of Greymouth Harbour Board properties were also dealt with. .
