RUSSIAN ATTACK AGAINST SOUTH KOREA PREDICTED

SEOUL (Korea), May 22 (Rcc 2 p.m.).—American insistence upon the withdrawal of United States troops from Korea would bring on a Russian attack against South Korea, Mr Rufino Luna, a Filipino delegate on the United Nations Commission on Korea, warned last night. The Koreans in Seoul believe the evacuation of the American security forces will be completed by June 30, which ends the United States fiscal year. Mr Luna asserted that the Soviet still maintained forces in North Korea, despite statements to the contrary by Moscow.
