RELIEVING OFFICERS FOR U.S. TANKER

(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Tffis Day. The relieving master for the tanker, Stanvac Wellington, which is due in the Dominion soon, Captain W. F. Robinson, accompanied by four officers and engineers, arrived by Skymaster from Vancouver today. They will replace men who want to return to America, but otherwise could not do because of the Pacific coast waterfront strike. Members of the party said a solution of the strike now seems to depend on the goodwill of the unions involved. Before they left San Francisco a settlement had been expected almost hourly for several days, but had failed every time a solution seemed likely.
