MOSCOW, Sept. 16.

The latest estimates say that Russia has 32,000,000 employed workers representing an increase of 2,400,000 compared with the number last year. The target figure for the completion of the current five-year plan in 1950, is 33,500,000. Official Soviet statements say that, the plan is going according to schedule. ’The official total of employed workers in 1940 was 31,000,000.
