(8£ acres), licensee Otto Cecil Levy—Permit extended for one year from September 10, 1948. Crown land Sections 14 and 9, Block IX, Inangahua S.D. (80 acres), licensee D. R. Seymour.—Left in hands of Commissioner of Crown lands as to term. Transfers and sub-leases. —Section 448, Westport (1 rood), from J. C. Fountaine to Brian Patrick Ryan of Westport. Section 25, Westport Colliery Reserve from Lessee E. L. S. H. Skilton, to Sub-lessess The Westport Taxis Ltd. Cancellation and issue of new license. —Section 15, Maruia (1 acre 2 roods 6.7 perches), licensee Eva May Norriss. Crown land adjoining road and Crown land adjoining Section 11, Block IV, Rahu S.D. (10 acres approx.), licensee Monica Leila Norriss, applicant David George Biggs, of Maruia. — Adjourned for report. Cancellation.—Eight sections, Reefton (2 roods 16.8 perches), licensee R. H. Hocking.—Cancelled as at June 30, 1948.
