(Bee. 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 13. Cumberland beat the Australian Rugby League team by five points to four in heavy rain. The Cumberland forwards played their traditional dribbling game while the Australians tried to handle the ball when they gained possession. Cumberland won most of the scrums. Only the Australians’ tackling saved them from a heavier defeat.
