Outstanding Service By New Zealand Surveyors
(P.A.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The sixtieth annual conference of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors opened this morning. After extending a welcome to the delegates, the Mayor, Sir Donald Cameron, presented the Fulton Medallions for 1948 to two members of the institute, who had given outstanding professional service—Mr R, B. Horner, now practising in Singapore, and Mr R. J. Sissons, of Wellington.
The formei* wrote a volume of survey computations and the latter prepared a paper of high technical interest.
