Four Trotting Events At Victoria Park Tomorrow

Good acceptances have been received by the West Coast Owners’ and Breeders’ Association for the series of trials to be held at Victoria Park, Greymouth, tomorrow afternoon. The programme should provide an interesting afternoon’s sport, besides giving trainers an op-

portunity of tuning up their horses for the coming Greymouth meeting under race-day conditions.

The events on the card are: Blaketown Handicap, 2,23 class, nine furlongs (nine acceptors); Victoria Park Handicap, 3.53 class, one mile and five furlongs (five acceptors); Cobden Trot, 4.0 class, one mile and five furlongs (six acceptors); Karoro Handicap,-2.56 class, ■ one mile and three furlongs (seven acceptors).
