Timber Worker Killed
(P.A.) GORE, August 16. Charles George Thomson, aged 24, timber worker, Gore, formerly of j Orepuki, was killed almost instantly in the yards of the United Trading Company this afternoon when he was crushed by a falling timber stack. His head and chest were severely crushed, and he died before a doctor arrived. His parents live at Orepuki.
