The special Danube Convention drafting committee consists of representatives of Russia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, and Jugoslavia.
Sir Charles Peake (Britain) moved an amendment to the Russian draft convention specifying that from the convention’s entry into force the Danube Commission should report periodically to the United Nations and that the commission’s secretarygeneral call a conference of the signatories every three years.
