CALL FOR MORE COAL FROM RUHR MINES
LONDON, June 6. Allied and German authorities in the British and American zones today made fresh appeals for increased coal production and oil cred bigger incentives. Output from the Ruhr mines has been disappointing recently. The average daily production, which has exceeded 300,000 tons, is now only 265,000 tons. Every miner during June will receive 41b lloz of fats, compared with the normal consumer’s ration of lib.
