SENTENCE QUASHED
(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. The Appeal Court quashed the sentence of* 12 months’ imprisonment and a fine of £5OO imposed on a Labour M.P., David Weitzman. Weitzman was charged with conspiring with others to contravene orders for the control and limitation and supply of toilet preparations.
