Emulous And Red Hussar Appeal At Addington Tomorrow
"]£ The winner of the Inter-Dominion Championship Grand Final at Epsom in world record time, Emulous, will probably see a short, price in the Eattrav Memorial at Addington tomorrow on the first day of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s Easter meeting. W. K. Tatterson has the Jack Potts horse at his peak’, and all the'others will have to improve considerably on their best times if they are to defeat the champion in a true-run race.
Highland Fling won the Wellington 'Cup easily in comparatively slow time after failing at Epsom in the Grand Final, and he cannot be discarded entirely. He has run some relatively poor races in recent months but he has mixed these with some
truly brilliant efforts and on his best behaviour the New Zealand Cup winner must be accorded a chances . .Knave of Diamonds, Dundee Sandy and Plunder Bar are three of the most likely improvers in the field, in what, apart from Emulous, should be an excellent betting race.
