(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) FARIS, Dec. 15. France could no longer act as referee between the Soviet Union and the United States, said the Foreign Minister (M. Bidault), in an interview published m tne newspaper Paris Presse. _ “It is. obvious-.that the Soviet Union’s efforts, are no longer aimed at peace,” said M. Bl dault. “France has done everything possible to help Moscow and Washington understand one another.”
