Human Torch Causes Explosion
(Recd. 10 a.m.) PRAGUE, October 24.
A woman whose clothing was on fire ran screaming into the room, of a chemical company where men were making fire-crackers for the Christmas celebrations. The resultant gunpowder explosion killed the woman and 12 other employees and caused a fire which razed the factory. The woman’s clothing caught fire when she was huddled near a small open fire.
