‘NO ASSURANCE OF LEADERSHIP’
(Rec. 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, October 22. The Conservative Opposition tabled an amendment to the Address-in - Reply, stating that the House regrets that the King’s Speech revealed that the Government intended to continue partisan policies, gave, no assurance of national leadership or administrative competence or measures necessary to meet the economic crisis. Mr Churchill will move the amendment.
