"Mayor of New Zealand”
Although many inadequately-ad-dressed letters test the ingenuity of postal officials, one which arrived last week from Singapore addressed to “The Mayor of New Zealand” presented no difficulties for the sorters in the chief post office at Auckland. With true civic pride they sent it to the Auckland Town Hall, where it was dealt with by the Mayor, Mr J. A. C. AHum. It was a request for inform,qUop hy a Singapore woman who wished to* emigrate-tp New geglang.
