REEFTON Presentation Made To Railways Officer
(0.C.) REEFTON, This Day. Mr A. A. le Petit, who has been transferred on promotion to Selton after seven years’ service with the Railways’ Department at Reefton, was entertained by fellow workers before leaving for his new station. Mr J. Hannah (stationmaster) presented Mr le Petit with a fiieside chair and an envelope of notes. Mr Hannah expressed the regret of the other members of the staff at Mr le Petit’s departure. Mr le Petit’s successor at Reetton is Mr J. Weir (Sefton), who has taken up duty. PERSONAL Mr D. L. Wade (Granity), is visiting his mother, Mrs B. Wade, Reefton.
