TAMAROA DELAYED

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 14. A serious crew shortage which needed last-minute replacements to meet the Board of Trade’s minimum requirements delayed the departure for London of the Shaw Savill hner Tamaroa this morning. Several stewards and other members of the crew were not aboard the vessel when she was due to sail about 8 o’clock this morning and she was forced to wait in the stream .until 12.55 p.m. when these men were either found or replaced.
