Incentive for Germans
The United States and British military Government in an attempt to increase German efforts announced that 10 per cent, of the foreign exchange proceeds from the export of manufactured goods sfiall be devoted to the benefit of German manufacturers and employees, instead of being devoted solely towards paying for imports of food and essential raw r materials.—Berlin, August 11.
