RUGBY FOOTBALL N.S.W. Union May Invite Maori Team To Tour
SYDNEY, July 30
The New South Wales Rugby Union is considering a suggestion that a Maori team be invited to Australia next year. While the All Blacks were in Australia last month, the proposal was discussed with the New Zealand managers.
Because of the colour problem, New Zealand will be unable to include any Maoris in. the team for any South African tour next year. The proposed Maori tour of Fiji this year was postponed because of the shortage of transport.
