Frank, is to appear before the Australian Jockey Club committee, won the 11-furlong Mixture Stakes at Canterbury yesterday. The horse is to start in a similar race next Saturday. Mr Frank has issued a writ for £lO,OOO against Truth and Sportsman, Ltd., after an article in last Sunday’s Truth. Yesterday the favourite, Beau Brummel, became pocketed and did not get clear until Frontal Attack had the race won/ Results:— .
