RUMANIA REJECTS ANGLO-AMERICAN NOTES OF PROTEST
j BUCHAREST, July 12. I ■ The Rumanian Government has cent Notes to the American and British Ambassadors, rejecting their protests against recent political arrests in Bucharest. The Notes said that the protests constituted interference in Rumanian internal affairs.
