(Reel 2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. The Premier, M. Ramadier, said the French Government would justifiably have nothing to do with the Annamese regime in Indo-China led by Ho Chi Minh. He added: “This Government has not assured the execution of past agreements.” M. Ramadier revealed that Admiral d’Argenlieu’s return to discuss the Indo-China situation had been delayed because the High Commissioner had broken an ankle.
