RIFLE SHOOTING Competition for Morgan Trophy
The Greymouth Defence Rifle Club’s first competition for T. Mogan’s trophy resulted in some first-class shooting. Rifleman R. Boddy shot well to top score with 104, and Rifleman B. Tindale, a promising first-year shot, scored 102, which included a possible at 500yds. The following were the leading scores (conditions 7 shots at 300, 500 and 600 yards):—
